Farkle is a dice game about knowing when to stop. Roll six dice, set aside the ones that score, and either bank your points or roll the rest for more. Roll nothing that scores and you farkle: the turn’s points are gone.
- Tap scoring dice to set them aside. Dice that can’t score are greyed out, and the game shows what your pick is worth before you commit.
- Hot dice: score with all six and you get them all back to keep going.
- Solo: get to 10,000 in as few turns as you can. Your best is saved, and so is a game in progress.
- With friends: start a game and share the link, and 2 to 6 players join from their own phones. Everyone sees each roll as it happens, and the dice the current player is picking. When someone reaches 10,000, the others get one last turn to beat them.
- The rules and the full scoring table are built into the page, for anyone new to the game.
- Flat or 3D dice, in light or dark mode.
The dice come from the SVG dice library in this repo (libs/dice-lib), which gained a “pick dice” feature for this
game. Each roll is decided and saved before the dice start tumbling, so reloading mid-roll can’t change it. Online
games run in a Cloudflare Durable Object, like War: it rolls the dice and checks every move with
the same rules code the page uses, so no phone can cheat.
